The ops hire that onboards in 30 seconds.

Viktor is an AI coworker that lives in Slack, right where your team already works.

Message Viktor like a teammate: "pull last quarter's revenue by channel," or "build a dashboard for our board meeting."

Viktor connects to your tools, does the work, and delivers the actual report, spreadsheet, or dashboard. Not a summary. The real thing.

There’s no new software to adopt and no one to train.

Most teams start with one task. Within a week, Viktor is handling half of their ops.

First…

Golf - Summer Rules

  • Bermuda is waking up — the rough at most ATL tracks (East Lake, Capital City, Druid Hills) is starting to grab. Club up out of it, don't get cute.

  • Ball is flying 5–8 yards further in 85°+ heat. Re-check your stock yardages on the range before you trust them on 17.

  • Greens are firming. Land it short, let it run. The "hit it high and stop it" game is a March game.

  • Hydration is a scoring factor by the back nine, not a comfort thing. One bottle per three holes, minimum.

  • PGA next week at Aronimink — Donald Ross, bentgrass, sneaky-long at 7,200+. Different test than Quail. Watch approach play from 175–200; that's where Ross courses are won.

  • Early tee times aren't a luxury anymore, they're the round. 7am beats 1pm by two strokes and a shirt change.

  • The summer round is a different sport. Accept it, adjust, score better.

Turn it to …

Music - For the Mothers

Time to Eat…

Food - Brunch for Mom

  • The play: Dutch Baby with Lemon and Powdered Sugar. One pan, twelve minutes, looks like you tried way harder than you did.

  • The supporting cast: thick-cut bacon (Benton's if you can find it), good bread (H&F sourdough), real butter (Kerrygold, room temp).

  • The mimosa ratio: 1 part juice, 3 parts cava. Cava beats prosecco for brunch — drier, holds up.

  • Coffee matters here. If she likes oat milk, get the Chobani Extra Creamy, not Oatly Barista. Trust me.

  • Flowers on the table, not just the gift. Even grocery store peonies elevate the whole thing.

  • Don't try a new recipe today. Make something you've made twice.

  • Clean as you go. The kitchen at the end of brunch tells the truth about how the meal felt.

Tell your people you love them…

Relationships - The Whole Weekend

  • How you treat your mom this weekend is data your girlfriend is collecting, whether she means to or not.

  • Call your mom before noon. The afternoon call hits different — she's been wondering all morning.

  • If your girlfriend is close to her mom, write her mom a short note. Not a gift. A note. It's the move nobody makes.

  • Future MIL math: she's watching you the same way you'd watch a guy dating your sister. Show up, don't perform.

  • The intentionality compounds. One thoughtful weekend is worth six months of "how was your day."

  • Don't outsource it to a florist app. The thought is the gift; flowers are just the delivery system.

  • This is the kind of weekend you remember in five years. Treat it like one.

OMAHA…

Football - OTAs Open

  • Falcons OTAs started this week. Penix's voluntary attendance and command of the huddle are the two things to watch.

  • Bijan in year three is the storyline nobody's talking about loudly enough. The leap is sitting right there.

  • Post-draft roster math: the Falcons' rookie class needs to play, not develop. Watch for who's running with the 1s by minicamp.

  • Around the league: Rodgers in Pittsburgh is either the best or worst story of the summer. No middle outcome.

  • The OTA tape that matters is body language, not throws. Who's leading drills when the coach steps away?

  • Voluntary means voluntary. The guys who show up are telling you something. The guys who don't are telling you more.

  • Six weeks until mandatory minicamp. The roster is being decided right now, quietly.

On the road again…

Travel - The First Hot Weekend

  • The first weekend you leave the house without checking if you need a jacket — that's the one.

  • A pool beats a porch. A beach beats a pool. A beach beats a hotel lobby. Plan accordingly.

  • The Friday 3pm escape is undervalued. Two hours of driving on a Friday is worth eight on a Saturday.

  • Lake weekends are a different operating system. Slower, looser, the phone matters less by Sunday.

  • Pack lighter than you think. The first hot weekend is the one where you overpack and regret it for the rest of the summer.

  • The right playlist matters more than the right bag. Build it Thursday.

  • Summer doesn't start on the solstice. It starts the first weekend you mean it.

Take care of yourself…

Exercise - The Outdoor Pivot

  • The first two weeks of outdoor running in Summer humidity feel terrible. That's not your fitness — that's acclimation. Push through it; week three is a different story.

  • Morning beats evening 9 times out of 10. 6am is 72° and dry; 6pm is 88° and soup. Same workout, different sport.

  • Hydration starts the day before, not at the water fountain. If your pee is yellow at 8am, you're already behind.

  • Heart rate runs 10–15 bpm higher in heat at the same effort. Train by feel, not by Garmin, until you adapt.

  • Shade routes matter. Piedmont's loop has more sun than people realize; the BeltLine north of Ponce is brutal at noon.

  • Lift early, run early, or move it indoors. The 4pm CrossFit class in May is a different animal than it was in February.

  • Sweat rate doubles. Replace it with electrolytes, not just water — LMNT or Liquid IV, your call.
